Ordering
Ordering our embedded products is easy and uncomplicated using our
online shop. If there are special questions or extra wishes, please send a
mail.
This mail should include the following information:
- Product name(s)
- Amount
- Ship-to / Invoicing address
- Way of Payment
You will get a confirmation mail in which we also can give you the approximate time until delivery.
Shipping
Included with your order confirmation you will receive the proforma invoice. The applied shipping
costs depend on the service and payment options that you choose.
Some typical postal service fees can be taken from the tabular below.
Courier charges (e.g. FedEx, UPS, DHL, ..) are handled seperately.

Payment
The standard payment method outside Germany is in advance.
This means that you can choose among
international bank transfer and
credit card payment.
Cash on Delivery
In most European countries you can get a cash on delivery service
(e.g. EU countries except Greece; plus Norway and Switzerland). If you are not sure whether COD is availble
for your country just let us check this for you.
Bank Transfer
You will find our SWIFT information on the proforma invoice.
International bank transfers might be expensive especially outside the EU.
You will find suggestions for alternative payment methods below.
Credit Card
You can pay secure and easy using PayPal,
the #1 online payment service.
If you do not yet have an account just sign up for free.

Usually this is the time between PayPal's test debit (which will be refunded)
and entering the PayPal member number, which is received

Alternatives
A frequently used alternative for a bank transfer is the International Money Order
respectively a Western Union
money transfer, which can be issued at your local post office. It should be issued and send
to our postal address.
- An other alternative is the good old Traveler's Cheque. Don`t forget
to fill in our name and address at the item "pay to the order of" and send it
to our postal address.
